RNIB National Library Service
They are the largest specialist library in the UK for readers with sight loss.
They aim to provide the same kind of books you would expect to find in your local library (but please note they are not an academic library).

Talking News Federation
The Talking News Federation (TNF) is made up of 400 of these local Talking Newspapers (TNs). The TNF takes a long-term view of the future, assists with present issues, and deals with issues such as Copyright, Articles for the Blind, and proposed items of legislation and consultation.

Walthew House

Walthew House is an independent local charity supporting people in Stockport who are blind, visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing or who have dual sensory loss. This is where the Stockport Talking Newspaper is based. The charity is named after John Walthew, who founded the charity in 1882.
